Go Green Status report 

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USF&WS) approved the Bastrop County “Lost Pines Unforeseen Circumstance Response Plan” (The Plan) on February 28th, 2014.  The Plan provides authorization from the (USF&WS) to remove Burnt and Drought killed tress within 124,000 acre Permitted Plan Area of the Lost Pines.

The County and Go Green immediately began meeting and developing an implementation plan.

The annual report of Bastrop Main Street Program activities was presented to the board of directors of the Bastrop Economic Development Corporation during their regular meeting on July 28.
